Our sponsors make the Doylestown Arts Festival possible and help to secure the future of this community tradition. There are opportunities at many levels to ensure sponsorship is accessible to both local and regional businesses and organizations. We work hard to give our sponsors recognition and drive community awareness and support. With tens of thousands of attendees and nationwide exposure, the Doylestown Arts Festival is an excellent vehicle to showcase your support of the arts and local community.
Sponsorship opportunities are available on a first-come basis. If you choose a level which has already been claimed, we will contact you with alternative opportunities. Sponsorship levels are limited and sell out quickly. Due to print and advertising deadlines, late sponsorship applications may have reduced benefits. All applicants are reviewed and responded to.
Some sponsor levels include a 10x10 booth space at the festival. These booths are included in the cost of the sponsorship. Sponsors are responsible for their own tent and materials. An activation space at the event can provide enormous benefit to organizations seeking brand exposure and an opportunity to interact with visitors and locals from the community.
All sponsors will be recognized on our website with links out to their website. Additionally, pending your sponsor level, select sponsors will be recognized on print collateral, festival signage, t-shirts, bags, and our social media platforms.
Your sponsorship of the Doylestown Arts Festival is considered a donation and is therefore a tax-dedutible expense. Our parent organization, Discover Doylestown, can provide all required paperwork to ensure you get the most out of your contribution.
Booth Details
We provide an empty 10x10 space for you to setup as needed. We encourage tents for protection from the sun, heat, and any other weather. There are no rules on tent color or style, so long as your setup fits within your allotted space. All tents must be weighed down.
Space Requests
We do not accept space requests or reservations. The show layout is designed primarily to create a variety of styles and genres through the festival.
Setup Rules
Displays must not block sidewalks and all tables must be covered to the ground with packing materials neatly out of sight. No electric is available for artists. Booths may not be shared unless you applied together. Vendors are not permitted to change spaces or move their setup without permission from the festival directors.
Art Connection
We strongly encourage all vendors to create a connection to the arts with their booth. In the past, vendors have included kids activities, live art, or contests to help attract visitors and to reinforce the theme of the festival. No food may be provided outside the food court.
Expectations of Conduct
We expect all of our vendors to be kind and courteous to each other, attendees, and our volunteers. Vendors are not permitted to walk the streets with products or samples. Any disputes between vendors should be brought to the attention of a volunteer so it can be resolved quickly and fairly. Failure to observe these basic requests is grounds for removal and disqualification from current and future shows.
Weather Policy
Our festival goes on, rain or shine! In the rare and unfortunate case of extreme weather we would cancel the affected day(s). We are not able to have a rain date due to the location and permits of our festival.
Refund Policy
All fees are non-refundable. This includes booth fees, application fees, reservations and add-ons, even in the unlikely case of a show cancellation.
