My Process

My oil paintings are done both en plein air and in the studio. I use water soluble oils on linen panels. My pastels start with a sketch and then I apply my pigments thickly. Very similar to a painting. They are also done, both in the studio and plein air.

My Inspiration

I love our area. From the river towns to the farms, wineries and villages, I find a wealth of inspiration. Bucks County is so rich with motifs.

Fun Facts

When I was starting out, I worked at Sesame Place as a caricature artist.
