My Process

I’m passionate about making functional pottery. I wheelthrow in my basement studio and fire cone 6 in my electric kiln. I use carving and/or alterations on my pieces to enhance surface design and balance form. My pottery is foodsafe and lead-free.

My Inspiration

I've been inspired by, and have attended workshops given by great functional potters such as Sarah Wells Rolland and Bill Van Gilder. To connect my pottery addiction to support of animal welfare, proceeds go to animal rescues/shelters and other worthy causes.
