Drawing inspiration from her 150-year-old stone farmhouse and studio barn, Susan sources vintage materials with themes that celebrate the beauty of asymmetry and imperfection found in the natural world through powerful black & white imagery & whimsical graphics that always invite you to look closer.
I began making jewelry on my dining room table as a small artistic venture fifteen years ago with three small children in tow. Now, I create in our barn studio and my jewelry line is carried in over 150 retail shops, galleries and Museum stores across the US, including the one at the Michener!
